Some absolutely stunning music videos with some wonderfully powerful imagery and messages, not to mention second-to-none musicianship. These are all absolute must-sees, without a shadow of a doubt... Can't really believe I've not put these up before. Love the way she says 'como' all the time :) in the last video.

A really amusing list of TED translators' favourite idioms: http://blog.ted.com/2015/01/20/40-idioms-that-cant-be-translated-literally/ And here are some interesting Chinese ones too:

Add them to the comments below... A very nicely put argument for the learning of languages here from BBC Radio 4, well worth 10 minutes of your time.
So many people have told me about this video as it has been so widely publicised and I have finally got round to watching it... beautiful photography and spectacular scenery. One or two pretty mega bits of riding as well.....! The future face of dancers in clubs and live performances? Nice soundtrack too! I have tasted plenty of these and they are crucial if you want to survive in countries such as New Zealand, which has incredible lamb but is seriously lacking in interesting flavours to spice it up a bit. No offence to Kiwis, you have an amazing country and I have the same issue when I go back to the UK...!
