An absolutely fascinating TED talk from Ricardo Semler presenting a genuinely inspirational approach to life. Why shouldn't we all have 'terminal days' where we set aside time to do the things we would do if told we only had 30 days to live? Why should we travel to work in an office when other places may be better? Why shouldn't kids establish their own school rules and be responsible for the behaviour of their own school community? And a million other pertinent questions... this is a MUST-SEE! A bit of satirical fun-poking, a feminist statement or a sad reflection of the reality of continuing inequality in most of the world?
